Dalkia & Abu Dhabi Energy Services (ADES) are launching Detailed Facility Study Agreement

Dalkia & Abu Dhabi Energy Services (ADES) announced the implementation of a Detailed Facility Study Agreement (DFSA) for eight buildings owned by United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), in the city of Al Ain. The project is expected to achieve over 25% of savings on electricity and water consumption, in addition to the previously achieved energy savings by the University. Through this major project, Dalkia and ADES actively support the UAE’s ‘Net-Zero by 2050 Strategic Initiative’  (UAE energy strategy 2050).

 

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Non-Profit City appoints Dalkia Middle East to implement sustainability solutions

Mohammed bin Salman Non-Profit City has appointed Dalkia EDF Group to implement the highest standards of sustainability solutions at the newly launched destination. As part of the City’s vision to be developed as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified. Emerge and Miral inaugurated Abu Dhabi’s largest solar rooftop project at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi-based destination company Miral and Emerge inaugurated the 7-megawatt peak (MWp) rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) project at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi theme park, located on Yas Island. 
The rooftop solar photovoltaic project is Abu Dhabi’s largest solar rooftop plant and makes Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi the region’s largest solar-powered theme park.
The project includes an estimated 16,000 solar modules across the theme park’s roof area of 36,000 square metres, producing nearly 40 percent of its annual energy demand. 
The project agreement included a full turnkey solution, covering design, procurement, construction, and operation and maintenance of the plant.

Emerge has signed an agreement with Coca-Cola Al Ahlia Beverages, Coca-Cola’s bottler and distributor in the UAE, to develop a 1.8-megawatt (MWp) solar photovoltaic (PV) plant for its Al Ain facility.
The commercial & industrial (C&I) project, located at the Coca-Cola Al Ahlia Beverages facility in Al Ain, will be a combination of ground-mounted, rooftop, and car park installations. Emerge will provide a full turnkey solution for the 1.8-megawatt peak (MWp) project, including the design, procurement, and construction, as well as operation and maintenance of the plant for 25 years.

Rendering new campus for American Community School of Abu Dhabi

Emerge to install solar project at American Community School of Abu Dhabi’s new sustainable campus

Emerge has signed an agreement with American Community School of Abu Dhabi (ACS) to install a 1 megawatt peak (MWp) solar photovoltaic (PV) project at ACS’s new environmentally sustainable campus on Saadiyat Island, UAE. The project will generate approximately 35 percent of ACS’s total annual energy demand, an equivalent of displacing 770 tonnes of carbon emissions every year. The project fully aligns with the UAE sustainability goals and contributes to the country’s Net Zero by 2050 strategic initiative.
The project will involve installing 1,380 solar modules across the rooftop and car park spaces at the new state-of-the-art campus. Emerge will provide a full turnkey solution for the project, including finance, design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance for 25 years.

Emerge and Miral to deliver clean energy to Seaworld Abu Dhabi through rooftop solar power project

Emerge has signed an agreement with Miral, Abu Dhabi’s leading creator of immersive destinations and experiences, to deploy on-site solar energy systems at the SeaWorld Abu Dhabi theme park currently under construction on Yas Island.
The project, which will have a capacity of 8.2 megawatts (MW), will see rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems installed at the marine-life mega development on Yas Island, including the main building. Emerge will provide a full turnkey solution, including design, procurement, and construction, as well as operation and maintenance services. 

Renewable energy: solar park in Abu Dhabi

Emerge to build up a strategic solar rooftop project in Abu Dhabi

Emerge and Al Dahra, one of the largest integrated agri-businesses in the Middle East, signed a strategic partnership to develop renewable energy through a rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) installation at Al Dahra Food Industry at Khalifa Industrial Zone Facility Abu Dhabi (KIZAD). 
The rooftop solar system will be installed on Al Dahra’s rice processing facility at KIZAD and will produce about 45 percent of its annual energy demand. Under the agreement, Emerge will provide a full turnkey solution for the 1.2-megawatt peak (MWp) project, including the design, procurement, and construction, as well as operation and maintenance of the solar plant.
